CONSTRUCTION

At FISCHER, your project is in qualified hands right from the start. Precise planning with our sophisticated production planning system guarantees you price and planning security. Your data is processed by our designers on 2D/3D Solidworks and transferred to the appropriate machining centres in batch size-optimised form.

LASER CUTTING

With CNC controlled laser cutting machines from TRUMPF we produce precisely fitting components with the most complex contours - economically with high production flexibility!

Working area 4000 x 2000 mm, cutting thickness up to 25 mm

CNC PUNCHING

Complete processing by sophisticated laser and punching technology with fully automatic loading and unloading.

Working area 3050 x 1600 mm, cutting thickness up to 8 mm

CNC BENDING PRESSES

Material lengths up to 4000 mm are processed on CNC press brakes from TRUMPF.

BENDING

NC profile bending machines give aluminium and steel tubes and angles the desired shape. Thin sheets in sheet sizes up to 3000 mm are given the right curve in rounding machines. Plastics are also precisely formed by machine.

PRESSES

Up to 150 tons of pressing pressure in our hydraulic presses ensure the most complicated edges and bends. The tools required for this are manufactured by experienced toolmakers, most of whom are trained in-house.

PIPE MACHINING

In the CNC-controlled tube processing centre we process profiles made of aluminium and steel with lengths of up to 6.5 m.

MILLING & Turning

Computer-controlled milling of aluminium, steel and acrylic is possible up to a material thickness of 70 mm. Maximum working area: 4000 x 2000 mm.

Fully automatic turning on automatic lathes up to bar diameter of 63.5 mm.

WELDING

As a certified manufacturer according to DIN EN 1090-2 and DIN EN 1090-3, we guarantee excellent workmanship of load-bearing components made of steel and aluminium. With the most modern welding equipment and the know-how of our qualified skilled workers, we manufacture welded constructions using various methods such as MIG, MAG, WIG and spot welding.

Plastics are welded manually.

SURFACE TECHNOLOGY

We offer you a wide range of coatings, carried out by qualified surface technicians. Extend the life of your products with cathodic dip painting, two-component stove enamelling, powder coating, foiling or metal finishing.

QUALITY CONTROL

We set the highest standards for the quality of our products throughout the entire production process. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and act consistently according to the zero-error principle.
